I've been invited, what now?

Welcome to Team Utah! It is a great honor for you to become part of this prestigious All-Star team and represent our great state on this national stage. It is also a great honor for the Team Utah coaches to interact with such a talented and mature group of athletes. Please do the following steps.

Step 1: Click HERE to fill out the confirmation form. You are not officially on the team until you fill out this form. The information will be automatically sent to Coach Rockwood.


Step 2: Get your travel/hotel arrangements made:

• The travel options are outlined in the Team Utah Cover Letter that you received when you were invited. If you have lost it, you can print off another one from the link on the right side of this page.
• If you will be traveling on a Team Utah bus or staying in one of Team Utah's reserved hotel rooms (Options 1, 2, 3), you must get your money to Coach Rockwood by the deadline. 
• If you chose Option 4, to arrange your own travel and hotel, please email Coach Rockwood with a summary of your travel plans. Please note that all Team Utah athletes are required to stay in the hotel contracted by the meet: The MCM Elegante Hotel (2020 Manuel, Albuquerque, NM 87107; phone: 866 881-4806). Under this option, you will pay nothing to GSW Team Utah for transportation or hotel (i.e. no deposit). But you still MUST confirm with Rockwood your invitation and your events by filling out the form in step one above, and you are also still required to pay the meet registration fee online at the time of registration.

Step 3: Send your Medical Waiver and your No Stay - No Compete form to Coach Rockwood. Either by fax or by mail. 

Step 4: go to www.coacho.com and complete the online meet registration, following the instructions in your invitation packet.
